Modern Meets Classic

A modern interior that retains elegant elements of its original Victorian heritage.

High Ceilings + Bright Walls + Wood Floors

Ceilings: 10ft high (1st & 2nd floor). 8ft high (3rd floor).

Walls: Bright white walls, crown molding, ceiling roses, vestibule archway, traditional baseboards, window and door trims.

Floors: Blonde / white oak floors throughout.

Several spacious living areas

Our spacious living areas include: Modern monochromatic kitchen, Dining area, and cozy, light-filled Living room complete with a stunning modern Victorian fireplace (please do not light tho, t'is just for looks). Four large, light-filled bedrooms, and a primary bathroom tiled in white from floor to ceiling with modern black tapware / faucets.

Natural Light Heaven

An abundance of natural light. Large windows at the front and rear of the house, capture light exposure from both East & West.

Grant Street embodies owner / Artist Anna Church's love for the simplicity of Scandinavian interior aesthetics alongside her passion for sourcing unique vintage and contemporary furniture, art, and objects.

Anna has curated an exquisite collection of local and globally sourced art, including some of her own art, as well as pieces by talented local artists. From furniture to textiles and home decor, each item has been thoughtfully selected to ignite inspiration in creators seeking to bring their visions to life.

Whether you choose to bring your own props and furniture or to immerse yourself in the carefully curated offerings already present throughout the home, Grant Street promises to be a haven of inspiration for crafting your ideal setting.

Contact Anna to discuss using specific zones if you'd like to align your production’s purpose with a more budget-friendly option. Customize your space usage at a rate of $200per hour (min 3 hours) for smaller-scale projects.

Rates for larger-scale productions, crew sizes, and events start at $400/hr. For inquiries, viewing requests, or pricing for crews larger than 10, please reach out. Grant St can be tailored to whatever your needs are!

Breakdown of Rates:
Entire House - $400 per hour (min 3 hours)
Main Floor use only - Kitchen, Dining , Living Room - $200 per hour (min 3 hours)
Second Floor Only - 2 Bedrooms, Primary Bathroom - $200 per hour (min 3 hours)

FAQ

Are Rates Negotiable?

There is a 3 hour minimum rate however if you need it for less time please contact me. Shoots would need to be booked between 8am and up until noon or after 1pm - 6pm to allow others to book a morning or afternoon time slot.

Rates can also be negotiated if you are just wanting to use particular spaces in the house. The rates are based on the full usage of the home. But if you'd just like to use only the kitchen or dining room for example, we can chat about a different rate for those allocated spaces only.

Can We Shoot Audio and Video In The Space?

Grant St is located on a quiet street and all windows are double glazed and block out the majority of street noise, but it is not totally soundproofed. So consideration may need to be taken for projects where audio is critical for your shoot.

The space is more suitable for short-form social media content where the multiple furnished spaces make for a perfect backdrop.

How Far In Advance Should I Book?

We recommend booking early so you get the piece of mind knowing you have the space reserved for your preferred date! We suggest booking at least 2 weeks in advance (or more) for the highest chance of finding the time you want. Last minute bookings cannot always be accommodated, and we do not take day-of-bookings.
